A Patreon member suggested the setting for this cartoon. That is, an Internet Sea on which floats our Grrrgraphics boat, the “Internata.” I am casting around for cartoon ideas while Grrr, our bulldog, is ‘inter-netting’ success. Tina is the navigator. We got past 2015 thanks to our friends on Patreon and we’re looking for more success in 2016. The ‘Trumpback whale’ is dominating the seas and fighting the currents of political correctness.
There certainly are a LOT of possibilities in a metaphor such as this. We put the trolls behind us in 2015. This is my official kickoff cartoon for 2016. Stay tuned for many more! —Ben Garrison
